Now at LTP, Jack drives the development of secure, regulated, and scalable financial infrastructure, bridging traditional finance and blockchain through execution, clearing, settlement, custody, lending, and financing solutions.

Hao entered the digital asset space in 2013 and transitioned full-time in 2019. At OKX, he played a key role in scaling its market-making program and driving liquidity growth until 2021.
